I’ve been eating clean for almost 30 days and I can honestly say that I think my body is starting to adjust to the changes this brings. I’ve continued to go to my local Farmer’s Market to shop and then use Pinterest to concoct recipes that don’t make me miss eating out. So this is what I cooked this past week! Here goes:
I cut up zucchini chips and sprinkled olive oil over them and Parmesan cheese on top. I baked for 20 minutes and these were super good!
I cut the cabbage up, sprinkled olive oil and some seasoning on them then wrapped in Reynold’s Wrap for 25 minutes! See recipe here.
