I’ve tried for the past 3 years to lose this weight from having kids 18 months apart. In 2011 I lost 32 pounds and since then I’ve lost (then gained back) 10 pounds. This year (2013) things will be different. I’m not just saying that then sitting eating a piece of cake. No, I’m saying it and clean eating. During January, I FINALLY got my eating right. I ate clean about 70% of the time. IT was hard and some days I CRAVED a big bag of chips but I stayed strong and munched on my zucchini chips and just drank a TON of water.
However, with anything I could do better. So for February I start on Week 3 of Insanity (that video series never gets easy) and I start back running to get ready for my half marathon on March 18th. So without further adieu here are my progress pictures from January 1st to January 31st. Please, if you don’t have anything positive to say, don’t say anything. It’s taken a lot for me to post these pictures!
